Parental Contributions
At Ivanhoe Primary School, we believe in the power of community involvement to support our students' educational experiences. Through co-contributions from parents, we collectively raise the necessary funds to enhance specialist activities and classes, enriching our curriculum and providing invaluable opportunities for our students.
Ivanhoe Primary School is looking forward to another great year of teaching and learning and would like to advise you of Ivanhoe Primary School’s voluntary financial contributions for 2024. Schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard Victorian curriculum and we want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. Nevertheless, the ongoing support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for our students.
We want to thank you for all your support, whether that is through fundraising or volunteering your time. This has made a huge difference to our school and the programs we can offer.
Your support allows us to:
Increase the number of mobile devices available to students
Increase the hours of our education support (aides) and support teachers in the classrooms
Purchase resources over and above the basic essential instructional items
To update our projectors and smartboard in our learning spaces
Update School wide site licences for software and purchase new software for student use
Replace and service classroom air conditioners
Purchase play equipment for passive play
Resource the Wellbeing room
Purchase of new outdoor play equipment
Passive play equipment
Refresh our Library book stocks
Provide Specialist furniture e.g., kidney tables for small group and individual instruction
The maintenance persons salary
Purchase of STEM resources such as Micro bits boards, iPads, robotics and coding equipment.
Purchase of a large retractable projector and screen for the school hall

In an effort to provide further support to families, several payment options are also available and detailed within.
How To Pay?
Payments can be made in yearly, half-yearly or quarterly installments.
Please download the resource pertaining to your child’s year linked above, print and fill in your credit card details. These forms can be returned to the office.
We accept Visa | Mastercard | BPay | Eftpos | Cash.
Please note, if selecting BPay, the office will contact you with your personal BPay details.
Extra-Curricular Items and Activities
Extra curricular excursions and activities such as the swimming program also incur costs. Please see your Compass portal “Course Confirmation / School Payments“ link in your dashboard.
